The Program
I designed and run a founder-led thought leadership system for Willo's three executives: CEO Euan Cameron, CMO Rachel Thomson, and CPO Hamish Livingston. Each has a distinct voice, topic lane, and content rhythm. The program includes weekly 20-minute brain dump interviews, a 24-hour draft turnaround, daily LinkedIn engagement protocols, and a performance dashboard tracking activity, engagement, ICP connections, and pipeline attribution.
